Workplace safety is not just about the physical environment employees work in. Supervisors are faced with the challenges of managing a diverse workforce, yet don’t always want to face the fact that “words matter”. Today’s work environment no longer tolerates harassment, discrimination or bullying, and supervisors need to be properly trained on the statutes and regulations protecting employees – as well as your organization’s policies.
Our 75-minute, compliance-based program will clearly define the employers’ role in ensuring the safety of their diverse workforce through the use of safety policies and programs, and ways to mitigate risk to ensure safety performance is not adversely impacted.
