- Welcome email: Upon registering for the website membership portal, you will receive a welcome email with your login credentials (username and password).
- Login: You can then visit the website and click on the “Login” button. You should then enter your username and password to access the portal.
- Profile: Upon logging in, you will see your user dashboard on the left side of the screen. Note, it may be hidden and you have to click the expand arrow to see the full menu.
- Navigation: You can familiarize yourself with the navigation menu and the different sections of the portal, such as “My Events,” “Live Events”, “Resource Library,” and “Course.”
- Resources: You can explore the available resources such as articles, webinars, and discussion forums to get the most out of your membership.
- Engagement: You can actively engage with the community by asking questions, participating in discussions, and contributing your own knowledge and expertise.
- Support: If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the support team for assistance.
- Updates: You can keep an eye out for updates and notifications from the website, as new resources and opportunities may become available.
